Custom Vietnam Travel Ltd. was founded by Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuong (Smiley) in 2009. He has worked in tourism industry since 2003. Started the job as a local tour guide and professional tour leader for number of international tour companies in Vietnam. After years of traveling around the country with travelers of different nationalities, Smiley saw the essentials of flexibility & attention to what is important for the fulfillment of his client’s travel expectations then came the name Custom Vietnam Travel as the brand of his travel company. Together with his wife, Fiona who graduated from the tourism faculty of Hanoi University of Culture, they lead the company with a laser focus on excellence.
